Innovation designer combining design thinking and strategy with a hands-on design approach.


Born and raised in Istanbul, Ilayda works across media and scale to improve human behavior and conditions.

She works in-between digital and hands-on physical world, merging her spatial and experiential knowledge with strategic design thinking. She has worked in multi-disciplinary design and architecture studios, where she engaged in different parts of the research and design development stages as well as execution.
